Review of Bethany’s Calendar
“Bethany’s Calendar” is one of the best books I have read this year. The author brings the reader into her personal nightmare and shares with us her families feelings and emotions during one of the most difficult times. She gives a realistic, honest viewpoint of a family dealing with grief and pain. But, she also gives hope and courage to anyone suffering great grief. That there is life after great tragedy. That feelings of anger and hopelessness are normal. But, that time though it may not erase the loss can heal the heart and that life can go forward with joy. I think that knowledge is the greatest gift anyone can give another person. Because hope for a better tomorrow allows you to keep going even though today the burden seems impossible. I give “Bethany’s Calendar”5 stars.
